ROTARY SWIVEL UNIT DSE-1

The DSE rotary swivel unit was specially developed for use in laser processes and enables precise positioning and movement of workpieces with high flexibility, repeat accuracy and reliability. The DSE is available in different sizes and can be perfectly adapted to the individual requirements of your application thanks to various equipment options and accessories.​
 

We offer the DSE units as integrable modules or alternatively in combination with the DSE easyCONTROL controller as a plug & play system. This stand-alone system makes it easy to add a high-precision rotary axis to your existing laser welding system at a later date. 

The DSE is characterized by its compact design and top-quality workmanship. The 270° swivel range and the large through-hole offer maximum flexibility for complex and long workpieces. The gallows design enables cantilevered mounting over the edge of a worktop, making it possible to machine very long workpieces. The A/B swivel axis is adjusted manually and has a haptic grid in 45° steps. The C-axis is motor-driven and can be configured with different motor variants, gearboxes, position encoders and reference switches etc. Further equipment options and accessories such as a digital swivel angle display (angMOD) or a stop system (stopMOD) etc. make your DSE complete.
