CLAMPING DEVICE

Crown/manual chuck

The ring chuck is a standard clamping device for turning and swivel units. For workpieces that only require a low clamping force, it is sufficient to tighten the knurled disk by hand, which enables a very quick workpiece change without additional tools. It is available in various sizes and as a 3- or 4-jaw chuck.

Suitable tightening bolts are included in the scope of delivery for higher clamping forces. These clamping devices also offer the largest possible through-holes.

Key chuck

Key chucks are particularly suitable for workpieces that require higher clamping forces. They are available in various sizes and as 3- or 4-jaw chucks. The square key supplied is used for clamping.

Grinding chuck

The sanding chuck is a precise special chuck with six jaws, especially for thin-walled components. It ensures an even application of force on round workpieces and thus prevents them from deforming. This chuck is available in various sizes and is clamped using the square wrench supplied.

Collet chuck

Various collet chucks are available for particularly precise or sensitive components. These provide a flat force effect on the workpiece, which prevents surface damage and deformation. Both pressure and tension collet systems can be implemented. Simple ER collet chucks are also available, which can be clamped directly in a jaw chuck. Alternatively, customer-specific special solutions, such as pneumatic clamping systems, can also be implemented

Collet set

A collet set is an indispensable piece of equipment for precise and secure clamping of workpieces in production. The set includes a variety of collets in different sizes, which enable flexible and reliable fastening of a wide range of workpieces. Thanks to the force applied over the entire surface of the collets, surface damage and deformation of the workpiece are effectively prevented.
